Terms of service.
The rules for using Littlemind — what you agree to when you sign up, what we agree to in return.
In short
- You agree to use Littlemind only on behalf of your child(ren) and only if you are 18+.
- Free is free forever. Premium is €49.99/year (or €7.99/month) after a 14-day free trial.
- Billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time from your subscription settings.
- EU customers have the 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Mira is not a doctor or therapist and does not provide medical advice.
- Governing law: Croatia. Disputes can also be raised via the EU ODR platform.
The agreement
By creating a Littlemind account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The legal entity providing the service is Littlemind d.o.o., a Croatian limited liability company.
Who can use Littlemind
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) you record check-ins for. You agree not to use the service on behalf of someone else's child without that parent's permission.
Subscription & pricing
Littlemind Free is and will remain free of charge — no credit card required. Littlemind Premium is offered at:
- €49.99 / year (annual plan)
- €7.99 / month (monthly plan)
- 14-day free trial at the start of either plan
Regional pricing applies automatically in Turkey, Brazil, India, Mexico, Argentina, Poland and Egypt. Pricing is set by Apple / Google and visible in their store before you confirm.
Billing, renewal & cancellation
Premium is billed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your store's subscription settings — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, no charge is made.
Refunds & withdrawal
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of a paid subscription, except where the service has been fully performed during that period at your express request.
Mira is not a therapist
Mira provides general parenting reflections grounded in books and research. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you have concerns about your child's safety or mental health, please consult a qualified professional.
Your content
Your check-ins, notes, and exports are yours. You grant us only the limited license necessary to host, display and process them in order to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train external models. We never publish your content.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms, with notice except in cases of fraud or imminent harm.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The courts of Zagreb are competent for any dispute, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law. EU residents can also use the EU ODR platform.
