Help for the hard moment, while it is happening.
Meltdowns, refusals, bedtime battles, sibling fights. Tap SOS, take one breath with the app, and get a short plan you can follow right now.

How it works
- Tap SOS on the home screen and choose what's happening: meltdown, won't listen, can't sleep, anxious or clingy, sibling fight, screen battle, or something else.
- Breathe with the app for a moment. Your calm helps your child calm down, and the plan is prepared meanwhile.
- Read a short plan in five parts: say this, do this, avoid, if it gets worse, and after it passes.
- Later, tell the app whether it helped. Next time, the plan takes that into account.
Made for your child, not a generic list
Personal plans use what you've already recorded, like what usually helps your child calm down and their known triggers. They draw on ideas from well-known parenting books.
On the free plan you get one personal SOS plan per week, and a general plan for the situation any other time. Premium gives you unlimited personal plans.
See the hard moments over time
SOS moments appear on your timeline and in insights, so you can see when they happen most and what helped. They can also be included in the doctor-ready report.
Safety first
Littlemind is not an emergency service and not a substitute for professional care. If what you describe sounds like someone could get hurt, the app shows a safety message instead of a plan and points you to emergency services and helplines.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
